Summit 2025: Building Strong Partnerships That Matter

Some moments remind us why the work we do matters. This year’s Engineering Summit did exactly that. It brought our teams, our vendor partners, and our leadership into the same room with our purpose in mind: we believe in the power of education to change lives, and our job is to build the solutions that make that real. 

What stood out this year was the depth of commitment from our partner community. These partners aren’t just providing technology. They’re investing in the solutions we deliver, standing alongside us, and helping push our mission forward. 

Attendance grew across the board — from C-suite to directors — and their engagement wasn’t passive. They showed up ready to learn, ready to collaborate, and ready to build with us. 

This year brought more of what moves our teams: 

• Increased Partner Presence - Wider representation across key solution areas gave us direct access to the people who shape the products we rely on. 

• More Learning - Hands-on sessions, deeper dives, and open Q&As left our teams better prepared and more confident. 

• More Team Connection - Shared activities created room for real relationships to grow, inside the company and across our partner network. 

• Facility Tours - A clear favorite. Seeing deployment in action grounded our work in the realities of the classrooms we serve. 

• Phoenix Grand Opening - A milestone that raised the energy and pride for the week. 

• Leadership in the Room - Executives and senior leaders were present, engaged, and reinforcing the weight of our work. 

With our international team now centralized, our time together carries more meaning. Being face-to-face isn’t a luxury for us; it’s the vehicle that drives our performance forward. Real conversations, real connections, and real moments of collaboration are helping us move faster and support one another with more intention. 

Our engineers are the bridge between Bluum’s vision and the classroom experience. They turn ideas into systems, deployments, and outcomes that bring our mission to life. The summit was a reminder that we’re not simply shipping devices; we’re shaping environments where teachers can teach and students can thrive. 

As we look ahead, we’ll keep leaning into collaboration, with each other and with our partners. When we stay grounded in our purpose, we move with more focus, more strength, and more impact.
