Shipping Updates: ShipStation Integration
Repairs → Ship Devices
- (NEW) UPS & USPS Shipping Available: We’re now integrated with ShipStation which allows you to print shipping labels for UPS or USPS with Rocket!
- Shipping Menu Update: To accommodate the new carriers, the shipping menu has been redesigned to create shipping labels easier.
- Return Location Quality Changes: Set a return location when creating a shipping label. It'll show the correct ship-from address, and apply to every ticket in the batch, so you don't have to set it per ticket.
Create Ticket Menu
- (NEW) Coverage Indication: A new tag at the top of the Create Ticket screen will appear labeled “Active Coverage” . If a device has one of the pre-determined coverage fields filled out with an active date, the coverage type will be listed with its date and highlight color.
- "Create Ticket and Next" Search Box Highlight: When you click the “Create Ticket and Next” button, the search box will be highlighted so you can start typing immediately.
Devices/Users → Manage Devices
- (NEW) Coverage Highlights: “Coverage” fields in Rocket will now show a highlighted color when coverage is active. The coverage field name and date will also be present in the Create Ticket menu.
- (NEW) Device Manufacturer and Model Updates: There is now a list of Manufacturers and Models present when you add a device. This will help you consolidate information into known values for Manufacturer and Model. Currently, imports will only support converting Manufacturers into preset values to avoid any model overlap.
Billing
- Clear Tab Names: The tab names have been adjusted to better reflect their purpose. “Unbilled Batches” and “Billed Batches” have been adjusted to “Pending Batches” and “Resolved Batches” respectively to show the batches still needing action vs. batches that are fully resolved.
Import/Export
- (NEW) Serial Number Update Import: You can now adjust serial numbers in mass because of a new import option added. Because serial numbers are used as the focal points for updates, they could not be updated through the normal imports. Now you can update them through this new import. With this import, you’ll include the current serial number and the updated one to convert the current serial number to the corrected value.
- (NEW) IncidentIQ Current Device Filter: You can now choose to sync only IIQ tickets that match imported/existing devices in Rocket. Or you can have all IIQ tickets/devices sync with Rocket. This should help prevent any unwanted tickets from being synced/made inside of Rocket.
- IncidentIQ Nightly Sync: The nightly sync has been fixed for IncidentIQ so all new tickets will get pulled in automatically.
Help Desk → Advanced Setup / Advanced Help Desk Form
- Single Option Streamlining: Anytime there is only a single option to select, Rocket’s Advanced Help Desk will now auto-select that option to streamline the help desk process and reduce the amount of clicks necessary.
- Format Accuracy: The Help Desk troubleshooting notes will now better reflect the formatting that was chosen during the set-up process.
Settings
- Help Desk Text Adjustment: Adjusted text in settings box for Support Ticket SSO option to better explain how the SSO works and what the option controls.
- (NEW) Increase Grade Feature: Added a new button to increase all grades by 1. This will also link with the “Archive Users” function to remove 12th graders if you choose to. It will not affect users without a grade or with any custom grade options, though you can remove those through the normal “Archive Users” function still.
